On 17th May 2014 Carl Hicks, Nigel Harvey, Andrew Yeates and I will be attempting to complete the Mad Monk Obstacle Course along the banks of the River Derwent in Derby. 

Mad Monk is a 10k obstacle course race and challenges will include; Tightropes, Tunnels, High Hurdles, Giant Walls, Cargo Nets, Spiders Web, Jacobs Ladder, Mud, Water, the Assault Course and the infamous Open Water Swim.

We are aiming to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK and would appreciate any donations.
