On 17th June, we have a mini and mega activity planned to culminate at a BBQ at the site of the future Madinah (inshaAllah) -  a community centre which will facilitate youth engagement, social services and support.

The mini activity is a family walk or light jog from Madinah Masjid down the bus lane, circling past the peak of Farley Hill  overlooking the whole town of Luton (symbolising the valley of Madinah in which the Prophet(SAW) lived) and then returning to the site of the future Madinah centre. 

The mega activity is a half-marathon from the Bayt-us-Salaam centre in Hemel Hempstead to the Madinah - participants are welcome to run, cycle or trek the distance aiming to finish for 12pm with the reward of a delicious barbeque and winners welcome by the masjid congregation.
