Here it goes... my third marathon and my FIRST EVER London. 

Once again, me and my running buddy (a.k.a Chas, my father, Papa Berry) are donning our trainers and committing stupid hours to prepare to run around for basically a whole day. And this time, we’re doing it for charity! We’ll be doing a whole host of (most likely ridiculous) things for the cause so please do give generously and remember to come and cheer us on on the day. Anyone waiting at the finish line with a pint and/or tube of Pringles particularly welcome.
