The Maddog Ladies are coming together on Thursday 9th July 2020 to support the amazing inspirational Pink Sisters Staffs Cancer Support Charity. They are going to need all the help possible with fund raising as its going to be a difficult year for them and with the current situation its going to be very difficult for them to raise funds in the usual way. I will be doing the sessions completely free of charge so every penny raised will go stright to the charity. We have exepted the Pinks 2.5 Challenge!!! All the Bootcamp ladies will complete a Bootcamp Beasting consisting of 25 gruelling exercises (1 minute per exercise) followed by a 25 minute run, walk or jog straight after the beasting!!! and the biggest challenge is to raise at least £25 per person. Bring it on 💪🏻
