Maddison want's to swim her 1st mile (66 lengths) before she turns 8 in may. Her aim is to swim it in a hour and do a mixture of stroke . She decided she wanted to swim it for a charity and between us we have chosen North West Air Ambulance . Sure you will all agree it is a great cause and really does save lives . The Air Ambulance does not receive any government funding and relies on charity and volunteers to raise the £4.2m a year to keep them flying and saving lives. 

The event will take place at marl pitts on the 17th may at 9am

Followed by a fundraiser at Cafe Artisan later that day 12.00pm (tickets available soon) will be a band , raffle draw and food .
