Mad As Badgers Great North Run
Trudi Knight is raising money for Cancer Research UK
Story
Last year, the Mad As Badgers team, Trudi and Taz, completed a 10k run around the grounds of Leeds Castle, and combined with our other activities and offline donations we raised a total of over £800.
This year we'd like to do even better! We are taking part in the Great North Run on October 1st. To secure our places (unfortunately we didn't get in through the ballot), we have pledged to raise at least £400 each for Cancer Research UK. To give you more entertainment for your money, we will be attempting to complete the Great North Run dressed as badgers (or something vaguely resembling badgers, anyway - how good we are at sewing remains to be seen!)
