Story
Assalamu Alaikum,
We pray that you are well. Welcome to our Ramadhan 2022 fundraising page.
This Ramadhan Madams Goods will be supporting a few different causes.
We are currently supporting the Al-Imdaad charity (https://www.alimdaad.co.uk) to assist the people of Palestine and Syria. Al-Imdaad are a UK registered charity (reg number: 1140187) with a 100% donations policy.
The charity has been active worldwide providing emergency aid, implementing water projects and supporting widows and orphans where needed. There is still so much more to be done and with your help we can collectively help.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
'Allah is in the help of His servant, so long as the servant is in the
help of his brother.' [Muslim]
We are specifically aiming to raise funds for the following projects
1. Water Tank - Palestine - £100 each (Sadaqa, Zakat, Lillah eligible)
2. Food parcels - £30 for one month per family - Palestine. (Sadaqa, Zakat, Lillah eligible)
3. Food Parcels - £50 for one month per family - Syria (Sadaqa, Zakat, Lillah eligible)
(Please get your donations for food parcels in early so that for only £30 in Palestine or £50 in Syria you can reap the extra reward to ensure that a family has sufficient food for the blessed month of Ramadhan.)
4. Blankets (Provide Blankets to Syrian Refugees in Greece) - £10 per Blanket. (Sadaqa, Zakat, Lillah eligible. )
5. Empowerment Projects - £150 per Sewing Machine in Syria. (Sadaqa, Zakat, Lillah eligible. )
6. Wheelchair in Syria £100.00. (Sadaqa, Zakat, Lillah eligible. )
7. Wheelchair in Palestine for Disabled Orphans £150. (Sadaqa, Zakat, Lillah eligible. )
8. Syrian/Palestinian Orphan sponsorship £360 per child per year. (Sadaqa, Zakat, Lillah eligible. )
9. Orphan Eid Gifts £10.00 each (Palestine and Syria) - (Sadaqa, Zakat, Lillah eligible)
10. Palestine Olive Trees £5 Per Tree (Sadaqah or Lillah only)
Supporting a 100% donation policy charity, Sadaqa, Zakat and Lillah are all welcome. Your help is needed now more than ever. Please donate as much as you can for this appeal to help our brothers and sisters in Palestine and Syria and above all please make dua that the Almighty eases the suffering of those less fortunate than us.
Please specify if your donation is Sadaqa, Zakat or Lillah and if it is to support any specific project listed. Any donation that does not have this specified will be treated as Lillah and used for any of the projects listed above.
If applicable, adding Gift Aid means the charity can claim an extra 25% for every £1 you give. It will not cost you any extra.
