Paraglide and 5k run · 22 March 2022

Blesma, The Limbless Veterans helps all serving and ex-Service men and women who have lost limbs, or lost the use of limbs or eyes, to rebuild their lives by providing rehabilitation activities and welfare support.

Story

I am 12 years old, at 10 months old I underwent a Symes Amputation to my right lower limb and now walk with a prosthesis. I came across Blesma, and believed it was a good charity that helps Limbless Veterans.

I always wanted to complete a paraglide and my parents spoke to Mark and Sian of Leavesley Aviation of Bishops Castle who offered their assistance in my goal of completing a tandem paraglide. This is due to take place on the 14th April (weather pending)

I am also running the Claverley Bells 5k run on 22nd May 2022
