Story

Dunollie is the seat of the Clan MacDougall and the home of the Hope MacDougall Collection. It encompasses a medieval castle, a historic house and lovely gardens as well as amazing museum artefacts and archive.

We want to open it to the public for the benefit of Oban and Argyll, and the worldwide Clan MacDougall. We cannot do it without your help.

The Dunollie Appeal was launched in Oban in 2009. With your donations we will be able to move towards the target of £1.8 million needed for Phase One of our project, which will enable us to get the house open and start developing Dunollie for the future.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: MacDougall of Dunollie Preservation Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please help us by making a donation!
