Ocean plastic is a planetary crisis. Each week a new study is released about how plastic has been found in a new species or habitat. Inside animals, at the bottom of the ocean, in our water and in our air - plastic is everywhere. 

Half Ironman = 1.2 mile swim, 55 odd mile bike and a half marathon. I’m going to attempt to do 2 of these. One on 18th July, one on the 1st august, giving me a nice two weeks rest in between. Probably no great shakes for some of you, but a personal challenge. Would appreciate any support 👍
