In September 2016, I plan to complete the Way of the Roses coast to coast cycle route with work colleagues.

The route is 168 miles long and we aim to complete it over three days; starting in Morecambe on Thursday 8th September and finishing in Bridlington on Saturday 10th September.

I am undertaking the ride to raise funds for Ashgate Hospice in Chesterfield. I will be funding all my transport, accommodation and living costs.
