Thanks for taking the time to visit this page where you can make a donation  in memory of Mike Lowe.  Mike was diagnosed with Lewy Body and Parkinson's disease, but never gave up trying to beat this deadly combination with both strength, positivity and determination. The disease affects cognition and communication, and symptoms can vary in intensity  from minute to minute or day to day. With Parkinsons affecting mobility, this was a double-blow for someone who always wanted to be active and be outdoors. We don't feel there is enough awareness or understanding about this awful condition, and when sufferers are treated in hospital for other incidental  illnesses, they don't always  get the specialised care they need.
