Story

Starting my exercise journey this January for Cornwall mind a super essential charity close to my heart.  Exercise is a really good way of promoting well being both physically & mentally that’s why I wanted to do this. And especially being out in the nature. 🌿

I will be alternating 3 fitness activities through out January, running ( ok maybe jogging :) hulahoop & yoga. So each day something. I love running but I knew this wouldn’t be realistic to do every day.

Self care is so important to look  after your self & embrace nature. Speaking to people about how each other  feel is the therapy that we all need.

Move for Cornwall Mind is an exercise and fundraising challenge to raise money for better mental health in Cornwall. It's your 30 day challenge whether it's daily workouts, running 30 miles or cycling 300k over 30 days. You can choose how you'll get active to fundraise for everyone experiencing a mental health problem in our county. Every penny donated stays in Cornwall to support local people struggling with their mental health.
