<p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">as you can see I am swapping my mic for a pair of running shoes this year to raise some money for Hearing Dogs For Deaf People charity by doing the London Marathon.</span></p>

<p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 0.48cm;">I've been in the gym, on the football pitch, in the boxing ring and have been putting in the hours as this is one of the biggest challenges that I am preparing my body for.</span></p>
<p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.48cm;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 0.48cm;">This charity is basically an organisation that trains dogs right from when they are puppies to assist deaf people, giving them independence, confidence and companionship. Trust me when I say this, these dogs change peoples lives forever not only giving them security </span><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="background: #ffffff;">by alerting their recipients to household sounds and danger signals but as everyone knows a dog is a man's best friend! Which is what gives this charity that extra little bit as I could only Imagine some one with hearing impermanent may feel a little isolated or lonely at times and these dogs offer companionship and endless love!</span></span></p>
