OK, so not long to go before I take on this challenge and only just accepted I need to get a bit fitter. Natural fitness of youth long gone and I strongly suspect I'm going to be the elder statesman on this challenge.

Taking on the Twin Peaks Challenge. At my age it’s Bucket List time.

Lots of encouragement from the team here at Spinal Research (and barely concealed sniggers when I described my first targeted training at the gym - "I've discovered the step machine, did 12 floors, level 6!").
