Story

I have decided to run the London Marathon this year as one of my best friend Jenny's son, Lewis was diagnosed with Stage Four Burkitts Lymphoma in February 2015. He was immediately transferred to the Royal Marsden in Sutton to undergo six rounds of intensive chemotherapy which was far more intrusive than we could have ever imagined. Lewis coped with the pain, nausea, debilitation, weakness, fear and medication with a courage we are so incredibly proud of.

He was confirmed in remission in June and has since completed his course of treatment and is back to full health and living a happy healthy life again.

The Royal Marsden saved his life - their knowledge, skills and level of care and empathy has been made this year as bearable as it could possibly have been. We need to continue to raise vital funds for them to continue their incredible work.

Please dig deep as its such a worthy cause. Thank you in advance for all your support and donations!
