My choice to fund raise for Macmillian Cancer Support was an easy one for the Liverpool half marathon. I am running in celebration of my good mate Miss Jenny Clibery because she is an inspiration but also to everyone who has been touched by cancer. Cancer, as we know, is a nasty disease that effects us all in some way. Therefore, a generic support/research charity gives people hope and that's what Macmillian does. Specifically, however, I would like to spread awareness for Pancreatic Cancer. A very harsh type of cancer that takes a lot of lives. More research must be done, starting with awareness!!

I am not asking for much, even a spare pound goes a long way. I thank you in advance for your support, as ever, you are brilliant.
