Last year I managed something I thought was impossible  by running the Manchester Marathon and it was an amazing experience.   

Having run 1 in 2021, I have had the bright idea of attempting 2 in 2022.  Via the Scottish Huntington’s Association, (SHA) I’ve secured places for Edinburgh in May and London in October and it is for this really important charity that I now want to raise buckets of money. 

My reason for choosing SHA is very personal.   Huntington’s Disease, (HD) is a devastating inherited neurodegenerative disease that affects full families including my own.  Being part of a family affected by HD can be awful at times and often it is difficult to keep control of aspects of day to day life.  That is where the SHA can help and it has helped HD families like mine to fight back.  

So, in order to help this charity keep doing vital work I ask that you donate as much as you can to my page.
