I am joining TeamMND for the London Winter Walk Half Marathon. 21km (13 miles) in January at The Oval Cricket Ground.   I have never done one of these marathons before and I feel quite challenged by this .

MND is an uncommon condition that affects the brain and nerves. It causes weakness that gets progressively worse over time.  There is no cure but there are treatments to help reduce the impact it has on a person's daily life.

It would be absolutely fantastic if you could donate to my fundraising page . Let's take our world a step closer to being free from MND.  Let's live in hope that  future families will not have to suffer with this condition.
