Story
Unexpectedly Paul was diagnosed with a brain tumour in August 2020. This turned Paul’s family world upside down. After undergoing many and scans the diagnosis was a grade 2 glioma, which given the situation was the best outcome they could wish for. The tumour is not cancerous and is slow growing. The current treatment plan is to observe with regular scans . If/when the situation changes they will alter the plan accordingly. After lots of research we have discovered that there are many people in much worse situations. The brain tumour reasearch receives very little help from the government, which is why we want to help. Paul and his family are lucky to have a fabulous group of supportive friends, all different ages and levels of fitness. This is going to be a challenge for each of us but we are resilient and determined to help raise funds
