On Saturday 23rd April I will be taking part in the Balmoral 10k to raise money for Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) - a fantastic charity whose aim is to improve the quality of life for people in Scotland affected by chest, heart and stroke illness. This charity funds research, care & support and an advice line for patients and their carers and relies almost entirely on voluntary donations. I am sure that, like me, you will have family and/or friends who have been directly affected by such illnesses so  PLEASE give what you can, even if it just a couple of quid.
