Story
My lovely dad sadly passed away on Sunday.
But his last few days were so much easier than they could have been thanks to the wonderful people as St Wilfrid’s.
They took away his pain, managing his drugs and pain killers.
They built him a hospital bed in our front conservatory where he could see the
garden he loved and that the medical team could access.
And they lifted our spirits – and dad’s – even in those dark times, with their
professional, gentle manner.
Now we want to try and repay them for their kindness.
On Saturday I’m joining the Moonlight Walk in Chichester in memory of dad.
My sister Julie and our partners Tim and Paul will be joining us too.
We know that times are hard and there are many other worthwhile causes.
But if you can spare anything, St Wilfrid’s would be very grateful, so they can
continue to help people And I know dad would be grateful too.
Much love Lynne
