After running a couple of 10k races I decided it ess time to take the plunge and run my first half marathon. I sign up for the London Landmarks half marathon on behalf of alteizhmer researcher half hoping not to get a place, but I did 😀.

As those that know me will know both my parents have suffered from this terrible disease for a number of years and no longer recognise me or any of their family and friends. I just want to make a small difference  in fighting this disease so that hopefully there will be a cure and other people do not have suffer the way my family has.
