Story

Hi all,

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In a moment of madness, whilst six months pregnant, I signed up to run a half marathon with Al and eight other members of his TA Regiment!

Now with just seven weeks to go I have finally started to train in the gym as well as exercising by running around after Charlotte who is now four months old!

The Charity we have chosen to run for is the NSPCC. The NSPCC was founded in 1884 and their vision is still to end cruelty to children in the UK. Find out more about how they are ending child cruelty, how the NSPCC is organised and their history by visiting their website - www.nspcc.org.uk

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Any donations will be very gratefully received by our chosen charity, and any words of encouragement will be gratefully received by me to help get me around the course!!!

Many thanks,

Lynn & Alan
