I am proposing to raise funds for a variety of cancer charities Breast Cancer, Ovarian Cancer Action and the one which claimed the life of my mother 20 years ago Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust.

I am riding across the Rift Valley in Kenya, a distance of about 400kms, so not only is this a challenge of my physical stamina (hopefully) but also of my fund raising capabilities.  So please give as much as you wish to help raise the survival rates of family members who are close to everyone's heart.  Maybe if research had been competed earlier my mother would be alive to see her grand daughter, my daughter Laura grow up and become the lovely person she is today.
