September 30th 2013 my wonderful husband lost his fight for life due to heart and lung disease. He will be remembered for the love he showed to everyone, his kindness and generosity, for the laughter he shared, he was an amazing man and will be in our hearts forever. So along with some really good friends, I decided to dust off the bike and  do something for someone else, and hopefully raise some money for this great charity, I am determined to get across that finishing line!! As a family we have good reason to support BHF, Tony's life was saved following a heart attack and also that of his Dad Ernie, so although it is the devastating death of my lovely man that has spurred me to do this, it will hopefully help everyone out there touched by heart problems!
