Over September me and some other guys at my work clocked up 1000 miles by walking, jogging and cycling and got it logged on a virtual amazon trek. We're raising funds for the Archie Foundation who kindly re-vamped my department (teenage mental health) to make it much more welcoming to young people. It was really great as many children's charities ignore mental health, and it's made a huge difference to how it feels to walk into our department.
