Woo Hoo!!

As most of you know, in my time i have done some crazy things.......This being the craziest!  as Cher once sang.....If i could turn back time.....

Yes, 13 weeks ago off came the stilettos and on went the gola 'Go Faster' trainers, much to everyones ammusement!

I guess i never really thought this day would arrive and so now, for all my chat i have to actually go through with it.

I'm running for a charity close to my heart, Spinal Injuries Association with two special friends in mind.
