Here we go, it’s time to challenge myself for a charity triathlon. My first sporting event since school aged 12 and I only do breast stroke head out of the water like a baby turtle! 

Hoping we can raise funds for a much needed playground resurface and face lift, something you wouldn’t consider a luxury for a primary school.  All children need the freedoms of social development time a good fun break in the playground gives them from learning in the classroom. 

With an open water swim, cycle and run I’ve got a lot of training to get on with. 

Its an incentive to get fit, inspire the children to be active, and maybe inspire others to challenge themselves.  

What ever I raise for this I'll match and give to Salusbury world who run food banks and help local families. So your support and money doubles.

I promised my dear mother,  the day before she died,  that I’d give the love and care I had for her to do good for others and be more community spirited in her memory.
