Hi Guys and Gals,

Well we have decided to punish ourselves again in the name of Charity. As you can probably remember two years ago we did the Colour Run (that paint got everywhere and I mean everywhere) in aid of Save the Children. And with all your very kind donations we managed to raise over £5000. (Woop Woop... get in there)

Well this year, us accounting ladies being Emma, Chloe, Alison and Holly (our Jenny has not long given birth to little Spencer so is unable to join us) have joined to do Pretty Muddy in aid of Cancer Research UK. We would have asked Keith in on the action but unfortunately he is male.

Many of us have unfortunately either been personally affected or known of someone who has been affected by this horrendous disease. These fellows do an amazing job of fund raising to help the scientists and other medical fields somehow find a way to combat cancer. One day with their help we may get there.

Till then, we hope to raise as much as possible to help them contribute along with many others to this worthy cause.

We have decided to get muddy and run the 5k obstacle course on the 16th July at Cofton Park, Longbridge, Birmingham. If you have a moment and want to Google Pretty Muddy and check out what we are getting ourselves into. Your more than welcome to come cheer us along (don't forget the picnics), we run at 12pm.

No doubt pictures will be available and floating about on social media after the event for you to have a gander at... there will be no mud wrestling either... just saying now to avoid disappointment.
