The Vuya Endaweni story is on : www.vuyaendaweni.com  - a Community Conservation project to protect vulnerable people and vulnerable biodiversity (the very rare Renosterveld in the Cape Floristic Region of the Western Cape, South Africa). The four pillars of this project is:

1) Biodiversity protection - aiming to declare Papegaaiberg at Nature Reserve to protect the biodiversity

2) Job creation - training tour guides from the informal settlement next to Papegaaiberg; they are already leading tours on Papegaaiberg

3) Providing a safe haven for the children - the Siyavuya Créche in the township is home to 40 pre-schoolers (every Euro/£ provide a meal a day per child)

4) Environmental Education at our Centre in the township adjacent to Papegaaiberg - children from pre- to high school are benefitting (every Euro/£ provide towards educational material)
