Unicef are a charity that do inspirational work to ensure that children in danger can be helped. Many of these children are faced by disease, hunger and the threat of war and disaster. 

They work in over 190 countries all over the world and have even influenced laws and policies to ensure the safety of the lives of these children.

On July 12th, I'm going to attempt to run the Vitality British 10K that I'm sure will be a huge challenge for my fitness. I have never done anything like this before but I hope that with enough training, I will be able to at least finish!
