On 25th May the three of us will be embarking on the Edinburgh Marathon, 26.2 miles each - 78.6 miles in total! This is one of life's most gruelling challenges. The training has been tough - much blood, sweat and tears have been shed, and the pain is experienced daily.

We are doing this as part of a team of TEN people who are each running in the Edinburgh Marathon as part of the 'Big Ten' - celebrating 10 years of helping abandoned disabled children in Thailand. 2004 was the opening of the new Rainbow House in Thailand, and also the year that For Life began. Since we started we have raised over £1million and sent over 1000 volunteers to Thailand.
