Story
This September, One Challenge At A Time is taking on the might of The Trans-Ecuador Mountain Bike Route... an 800 mile network of dirt roads and cobbled climbs. With a total ascent of over 114,000ft and a highest point of 15,000ft, this is not a challenge for the sane!
If all goes to plan, I will then be attempting another 180 miles of tough singletrack.
Not enough to earn your sponsorship???
What about if I add on a climbing challenge to the top of Cotopaxi, an active volcano, which stands at over 19,000ft. A climb that requires being roped up to a guide, crampons and a head for heights.
And all in a country, where they speak Spanish and Quecha! (The first time I have done a challenge in a non- English speaking country!)
Once again you can follow the ride through blogs, photos and of course my SPOT tracker. Just go to :- www.facebook.com/OneChallengeAtATime and hit the like button.
