Family pressures can be difficult to manage without emotional support and guidance to help. The free FamilyLine service offers a
confidential support to families, using a network of volunteers
from across the country to support people over the age of 18 through
telephone calls, email, web chat and text message. FamilyLine, supported by LV= helps families and individuals to navigate complex family issues and give guidance and advice. 

This type of support is more important than ever, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, Family Action have seen demand for their
FamilyLine service increase dramatically. Our three year partnership between LV= General Insurance and Family Action, will support the
charity’s work transforming the lives of families facing difficulties across the UK.
