From its early roots as a one-off idea to umpire wearing pink shirts and donate their match expenses to charity, the concept has evolved into "L'Ump Month" - a month-long intiative to raise vital funds for breast cancer charities and other related women's causes.

Many clubs, umpires and associations have been stalwart supporters of L'Ump Month since day 1, organising bespoke branded stash, wearing pink to umpire, play, support and party - all in the name of charity!
