In this unprecedent times of Covid-19, Lumenis decided to step up and helps those in needs. For this we decided to support "Street Child", a charity which works for children education.
Who is Street Child?
We are Street Child. We believe every child deserves the chance to go to school and learn.
Currently, 125 million school-aged children are out of education worldwide. Millions more children are in school but failing to learn.
Street Child believes that achieving universal basic education is the single greatest step that can be taken towards the elimination of global poverty.
The challenges
In order to show our support, we are committed to create challenges.
As first challenge, Laure Boissseux, Mark Duffy, Claire Dubowski, Alessandro Parini, Doug Neuhofer and Ivana Dzeko will be walking commonly a total of 180km on 2nd, August.
How can you help?
Street Child is positioned to make a critical contribution to this collective action but to do this we need your help.
Any donation is highly appreciated. To give you an idea of the type of support Street can provide thanks to your donation:
