I have chosen to run for the Prostate Cancer Charity, a cause which is close to my heart. 

Your donations will really make a difference to a charity which support men who need their help, fund research and raise awareness of this still little known cancer.

Anything that you can sponsor me will help me on my 13.1 mile run! So Dan you said £5 per mile I think.... thanks :-) That should really help speed me round.

My parents and Andy will be waiting for me on the finish line - anyone else who would like to come and cheer me round please do - it's next Sunday.
