In life we take things for granted and don't appreciate how lucky we genuinely are.

I am aiming to run a time of 1 hour 30 minutes for the Robin Hood Half Marathon. My motives behind this challenging target are to make my father proud, who passed away 3 weeks ago, and also to prove that if I can do this then anything is achievable.
