Hi I'm Luke Samuel,

This summer, I intend to follow Hannibal Barca's march through the Alps, starting in Northern Spain and cycling through France into Italy. Hopefully it'll be great and I'll bag some Tour de France climbs on the way.

My school is raising money to build a school  near Jamba in Rajasthan over several years with the help of the Lotus Flower Trust. Without the access to education which it is easy to take for granted, life has much fewer opportunities to offer these children of nomadic camel drivers. It is my aim to make a small contribution to alleviate this and the poverty it causes. I really feel that we have a chance to extend to other people abroad, something that we in Britain are all so fortunate to have.
