Story
Some of you might know that I cycled to South Devon on my own a while back, solely for my own enjoyment and to see if I could do it. Many of you will also be aware I used to be very into running and spam you a lot with my just giving pages to sponsor me for Half Marathons I was running.
WELL I'M BACK TO ASK YOU AGAIN.
I have set myself the task of 3 endurance challenges over three weekends.
Weekend 1: Cycle to Devon again. It's about 115 miles I think, my logger didn't actually make it to the end so I don't know the real distance. It's 112 in a car though. Hopefully I'll do it closer to 8 hours, the first took a dismal 9.5.
Weekend 2: Run to Weston. It's about 20 miles. I've only ever ran 15 miles and that was once, and it killed me. I've done 4 half marathons but they're only 13.1 miles. Time to get the running shoes on!
Weekend 3: Cycle to London. Again I think it's about 112? But exactly I'm not sure. I hope to do this in around 8 hours too.
I will also be creating a blog to tell you all about my training, diet, progress and anything about me and the whole challenge that I feel might be interesting or relevant. I'd hope you'd ask me questions too as I may make video logs to accompany the blog.

I don't know when exactly I will do this because I will need a long time to train to run that distance as I've never done it before and will also need time to train to be a GOOD cyclist rather than one that just decided that after a few miles cycling he'd cycle to Devon on his own, haha.
