My name is Luke Carter, Regional Director West & Wales at NHBC. Cycling has always been a passion of mine and to combine this with raising vital funds for NHBC's partner Charity Crisis, is a huge privilege.

I am delighted to be leading a team of dedicated colleagues from around the business that have come together and pledged their commitment to join what will be an incredible experience requiring the utmost dedication to meet the physical demands of this challenge. 

I have taken part in several cycling challenges in the past though none of which compare to riding from London to Paris. Training is already underway and I plan to share my training journey over the next 5 months.  

We have an ambitious fundraising target of £10,000 and would appreciate any support you can give to Crisis.
