I'm taking part in Tough Mudder on November 17th.... It is a half marathon through mud with 25 obstacles thrown in for good measure.... Look how crazy it is at the link below.... it's worth looking to laugh at how ridiculous and painful it will be! And whilst the video looks sunny it was filmed in America, imagine the North of England in the middle of November!
