Story
So I've signed up to climb Kilimanjaro in October. Why you may ask? I've never done anything like this before, and I wanted a challenge ... so climbing Africa's highest mountain seemed like a good idea at the time! It's also a chance to do something with my brother, Sam.
I grew up near Port Lympne and returned to visit recently with my family. I've got a young son (*spoiler - if you're reading this after the 3rd April a daughter as well!) and he loves animals - particularly big cats and gorillas! I want them to be able to experience these animals in the wild. And the idea that they may no longer be around when he's older has spurred me on to help the work The Aspinall Foundation is doing to save rare and endangered species from extinction.
By supporting this incredible project you are helping The Aspinall Foundation to continue rescuing animals in need in Southern Africa. Thanks for reading and any support you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
