Story
The concept of Everesting is extremely simple: Pick any hill, anywhere in the world and complete reps of it in a single activity until you climb 8,848m - the equivalent height of Mt Everest.
Most people chose to climb a long and progressive climb completing 20-50 reps. I will be tackling this challenge up a section of Derbyshire Lane. I will need to complete 275 reps of the climb totalling 237km.
Every year many backroom staff take part in Prostate United completing either 25km cycle a day or 10km run a day in November therefore I wanted to add to the great work of these people and also raise awareness and sponsorship for the great charity
