In September I will taking part in Tough Mudder with a team raising money for The Christie charity. Tough mudder is a 12 mile obstacle mud run around Cholmondeley Castle.

According to cancer research UK, one in two people will develop cancer at some point in their life. Cancer will in some way affect everyone whether it's your own battle, a friend or family member which it's why it's so important to help fund the research and treatment for this disease.

Ranked top in UK and ninth in the world, The Christie goes above and beyond for cancer patients and requires funding for equipment and care that the NHS could never fund.
