With more people participating in open water swimming we were eager to take part and join in. Luke is new to open water swimming but has bags of enthusiasm. Ian has taken part in some open water swimming before, but was looking for a new challenge and the 10K Great North Swim fitted the bill for both. The friends are supporting each other to achieve the goal, promote swimming at a safe open water swimming venue and raise money for a good cause.
