Story

**** Revised challenge following medical advice ****

I'm attempting to row the length of the Thames (343km) in 6 days in February 2022, to achieve this I'm going to be rowing about 6 hours a day for 6 consecutive days.

Anyone who knows me knows this is roughly 6 hours a day more exercise than I usually do, so I must be mad attempting it. The charity is a fantastic one, and one that has done a lot for me and contributes massively to the Armed Forces community.

There's a distinct possibility this might be my last few months in the Royal Navy due to a persistent knee injury so just want to give a little back to such a worthwhile cause. Any contributions however small will be appreciated massively, thank you.
