Story

Hi everyone,

Fundraising is going really well but I’m still not at the basic target!!!

It’s now less than 2 months until I throw myself out of a plane, as you probably all know by now I’m doing it for The British Heart Foundation.

As the nations Heart Charity BHF are committed to preventing people’s lives from being devastated by heart disease. They fund pioneering research as well as caring for people with heart disease and their families. The money YOU donate will help fund the prevention, the diagnosis and the treatment o f heart disease.

Even the smallest amount can help change someone’s life,

So even if it’s only £1 donate today @ www.justgiving.com/Luke-Drake

It’s such a good cause, pretty much everyone knows someone that has been affected by Heart Disease.

If you’re not keen about donating online then I’ll happily take the cash off of you! Just write on the group wall and I’ll add it to my sponsorship form, people from York you can either donate online or in cash, I’ll be coming round nagging everyone at Easter so may as well just get it out of the way!!

Cheers to everyone that’s donated so far!

-------

So, on the 18th April 2010 I'm going to throw myself out of a plane for charity. Some of you may be disappointed to hear I'll have a parachute attached to me but I didn’t really fancy a hollyoaks moment!

Im jumping as part of 'The Great Trent Jump' which has been organised by Nottingham Trent Students Union.

My chosen charity is The British Heart Foundation as I’m a big supporter of the work and research they do.

www.bhf.org.uk

The British Heart Foundation conducts pioneering research, vital prevention activity and ensure quality care and support for everyone living with heart disease. It's a fantastic cause guys and they need all the donations they can get.

I've only just put this page together so I'll update it in the near future. In the mean time any donations would be greatly appreciated, I’ll post fundraising events and stuff like that when I get round to organising them!

Cheers

Luke
