So Luke had this crazy idea of a race he wanted to do before he turned 30 and got too old. Knowing his fiance would immediately say  no he bribed her into doing 'a race' with him for a pair of Solomon's. Like the top fiance she is she agreed and he then brought her the trainers and signed them up to the Canalathon. A gruelling 31 mile run. There was no turning back now. Training has been tough but it will hopefully be worth it at the finish line on Sunday. 

What better motivation to have than to do the race and try to raise a bit of money for a local charity. Therefore we chose Simon's Heroes as we want to play our part in supporting the work they do.

We know it is short notice therefore will be grateful for any donations we receive.
